There are those moments when we look at something not realizing that we were being turned to look. There was not of a sound but a knowing to turn around. Our minds are very receptive and can be pulled in directions we never thought we could be in. If we believe and feel that something is not right, chances are your intuition is correct. You know when something feels right because of that good feeling inside. Also your intuition helps guide you as well. We all are blessed with a safety network within our minds. That would be our intuition. Now it’s up to us to figure out if our actions will bring good karma or bad karma. Knowing what to do is a part of a lesson we all must learn. What we choose to do is up to us to know the right thing. Sometimes we choose the wrong over the right due to not fully knowing what to do. There is also that pulling from Satin that loves to mingle in our business to make us do the wrong things. It’s up to us to make sure to do the right things, so that we don’t develop a lot of bad karma. If there is a lot of bad Karma, then we have to pay our Karma debts.
Our actions now are being recorded and stored in our karma chart for our next life. What we do in this life time does affect our next one. So by choosing good words and actions helps us live a better life next time around. You know those old words of “Do unto others as they would have done unto you.” It’s very true and it will play a large role in your next life time. For example, Like if someone does a harsh crime like incest? Then the person will have to pay back the debt by having the experience of being sexually molested as a child them self’s. This becomes a horrific cycle of bad Karma. The only way to stop this horrific cycle of bad karma is now, with us. It starts with us acknowledging it and changing our habits. It not only helps our next lifetime, but it does help our present time. By believing in our self’s of all the good we have inside. We make life so much more enjoyable. We gain so much happiness after we realize that we have that opportunity to make positive changes in our lives. That we can show others that we are great by showing love and gratitude towards life’s lessons. To show love and compassion towards others in how they feel. Showing respect and love is a key element towards well-being. Knowing what is right and wrong is in our hearts. Once we know the truth, the truth will set us free. We are rewarded in so many ways once we see the light.
There’s an old saying “If I was just a child again, there would be no worries”. The thing is this, the child is still in us. Just thinking back to the days of innocence and no worries. We just have to learn to look deeper to find that innocence once again. Reach back into your mind in time and replay the happy times. Sit down with something that brings back childhood memories for you. The good memories, don’t concern your self with any negative ones. Only the good one’s are what you need to think about. As you sit there thinking about those happy times of innocence, what comes to mind that would make you happy now. What change would you need to do in order to feel that again.
Think of ways to bring the passion back into your life. The zest for life and all it’s joys! Find new ways of doing things. Claim a new mind set on other opportunities that could spark new interest. With this, we find ways within us to find that happiness. I remember in Elementary School they were doing a fundraiser for American Red Cross. If you donated some money, they would give you a little pin to clip onto your shirt. Maybe you remember. It was just a little tin pin in the shape of a circle with American Red Cross on it. That pin made me feel so good and important. Not that I realized the importance of that donation at that time, but liked the positive words the teachers gave me. I walked around so proudly.
As an adult, we can find things that make us happy like a child. I’m in my forties and recently brought back what I remembered I enjoyed doing in High School. Painting! Back then I didn’t paint like I do now. With time and what I have learned threw time gave me a better edge on my art work. I get so into painting and blending the colors to make a unique painting. It’s something that I created from my mind and I’m very proud to share with others of what I created. They look at me with amazement. They say, You did that! LOL.. That right there is what I’m talking about. The feeling of innocence and feeling proud. Feeling the joy and happiness that others complimented me on my achievement.
So yes, there are ways of feeling that happiness, achievements, and that zest for life. Keep striving on a goal for happiness and soon you will see the light!
I have found that life has opened up a new and exciting path. This path has opened up my eyes to the beauty that is all around me. You know when you have fallen in love and everything feels so wonderful. It’s like your on cloud nine and never wanting it to ever fade away. When we find interest in things we never really thought about in the past. But your intuition gave you that direction to move forward to learn and love. Wouldn’t that put you in amazement over how much you were thought of and loved. Your life is very much valued. If everyone would see this and know life is a good and bad journey. Most will find happiness. Flow with love in your heart, even if others around you are not.
They would see we are all on different journeys with different mission in life. But when we go through the motions in life, the stress can mount to frustration and anger towards others. Others who we don’t even know. Have you ever just tried to silence your mind and watch the people around you. Not thinking of anything, but watching to see what pops up in your mind. Would that thought be positive or negative? Most don’t realize that the mind is controlled. We walk through society with everyone else. Watching the media and taking in what ever is told of us is not always the truth.
Finding the truth is within you. Meditation is a wonderful way to unwind and find your inner peace. To practice meditation gives you so many advantages. Physically and mentally you will see positive changes. More and more people are speaking of meditation, because they know the benefits of it. I have been a smoker for over ten years and it only took me three weeks to quit for good. The changes that I have gone through has led me to quit smoking. I will not pick up that bad habit ever again. There’s no looking back on old habits, but to looking forward to new happenings. For now, I live in the present. What about you….
Fear is an awful thing to go threw knowing how much you want to do something new. Something unknown and never attempted to do. By not doing what your heart is set out to do, you remain as is. Nothing changes and you are stuck in your safe zone. We all go threw some type of fear but when fear takes over your ability to move forward with your new path. It delays or creates a different path. If we move forward with faith knowing all will be fine. That path will become an exciting and rewarding one.
By you acknowledging your fear and by taking steps to move forward. Your hopes and dreams will manifest.
There are many ways of showing random acts of kindness. Here’s a couple of mine. It’s very upsetting for me to hear others talk badly about them self’s or speak trash of others. That’s one major pet peeve of mine. If people around me talk negative of others, I have a tendency to walk away. There have been times where I would have to up front say that if anyone’s going to gossip that I will not take part in it. They just look at me like I’m crazy and If I’m for real. LOL.. I like to watch their facial expressions.
The other negative is to hear someone speak badly of them self. This of course is low self esteem. I have heard someone at work more than once say that they are stupid. It does not take me long to reply back to them and say no they are not. I have heard people out in the general public saying the same thing. People with low self esteem really need random acts of kindness. If more people would just speak up with positive words, it would make a really big difference for them. It will also help you as well.
If you feel that you had a hard time in life and are bitter inside. Random acts of kindness will take that bitterness away. It makes me feel good inside knowing that I helped someone else. To make a difference in someone’s life.
