With all the different emotions that are within us, it’s sometimes can be hard to keep the hurt feelings from surfacing. The things people say and do can make it difficult to remain calm. When we keep the peace in a time where we normally would slash back, is the most strength one could hold. By showing peace to the other person is showing them that you have better judgement on emotional outburst. To feel the emotion and remain calm is learning we can overcome it. We gain strength each time we do. By not adding coals to the flame is by far a better choice. I have had to tell myself these same words in times of trial. By learning to control my sensitivity towards others and know that they may be going through greater challenges than myself. This helps me maintain kindness and calmness with in me. We all have stressful times. But by knowing we have control over the outcome of our feelings is a great achievement. We can take charge of things and turn them around to make for a better situation. Now that’s a powerful idea.
There was a time at work when someone was not in a very good mood. Which I believe we have all come across this situation a time or two in our lives. At that point I let my emotions get in the way, but I did not say anything to them. But instead, I let it sit heavy on my heart. My sensitive side took over and began to make my day miserable. Well, luckily my day was almost over. I would not say anything about the person’s name to anyone else. This would start a small flame with other co workers. It’s almost like gossip. My day ended and I had to stop to get gas in my car. When I pulled up and got out. I looked down and there was a peace sign drawn on the cement right below the driver’s side. That was the beginning of a sign for my heart. I walked over to pay for the gas and went back to the car to start filling up. As I began to fill the car up, I looked at the ground again. I said Peace and looked up at the clouds and noticed a formation of “&”. Then I said peace and love. Then a figure of a smiling cat formed. So my words were correct (Clairvoyance) and my heaviness in my heart was lifted. Sometimes, it’s best to let it go and work with your feelings instead of starting a flame.
We create our world around us and everything we do makes us accountable in our actions. It’s all in the tone of our voices and what comes out of our mouths. This will determine the outcome of life’s little test. Just by walking away for a while to gather better words and tone will make a huge difference in how you respond to them. I feel we have enough stress in this life time of all we have to learn. Also all of what we have to go through to learn of new paths in our lives. The stress of hard times can be avoided as long as we hold confidence in our hearts to know the hard time will go away. They really and truly do go away. By keeping a positive attitude and never giving up is the key to overcoming tribulations. We all go through different stages in our lives that we have to experience. It’s apart of our paths on this plane call Earth. We all go through the hard and good times. It’s all in what we have to learn in order to help the next person and to help us in our next life time. There will come a time when someone will be going through what you have over come. Then you can instill in their hearts that it’s temporary, and that things will get better.
When we learn to get along with each other, we set the course of our lives to a peaceful path. With each step of getting better in our judgement and continuance of learned lessons. We further our knowledge of our self’s and our emotions. One by one, we create a peaceful world. One by one, we gather the greatest of good karma.
How do you deal with bad emotions from others? Are there other outlets that help you cope and overcome them?
Have you ever had a flat tire twice in one day. Well I did. I was at the grocery store and came out to a flat tire. I managed to get help to put my spare on, so that I could get to the nearest garage. Once I got home and took care of some things there. I decided I needed to go somewhere else. So off I went out the door only to find the same tire was flat again. Right then I knew my attention was being called upon. And needless to say, it got my attention.
So I put the spare tire back on. Waited until the next day to get all new tires through a well-known tire shop. Before I headed out to get these tires, I started to meditate before leaving. I was very calm within and began to receive my intuition. With my eyes closed and my mind clear. Shapes or signs form within my temple of my mind. What I saw were three red dots in the shape of a triangle. As I watched the dots, they began to take shape of a bio-hazard sign.
Intuition comes to me in form of visual with eyes shut or emotions. When I write and make a mistake. I look at it and come to realize it was not a mistake. Or I would wake up with a word I have never used in my life. I would have to look it up. My guide or guides are there and make their self’s known in many ways. There have been a few times lately I would smell sweet cantaloupe, but no one around me was eating it. Nor did they put on scented lotion. I would smell the cantaloupe for a short time, then it’s gone. The scent never last long and has happened more than one time. It mostly happens when I’m happy inside and have the urgency to be creative. This is their way of showing us our happiness and I’m on the right track.
After I saw the bio-hazard sign, It got me thinking if I had cancer. I was a smoker and knew I needed to quit. So I got in my car and headed to get the tires. It was going to take a while, so luckily I got a family member to follow me out there. We decided to head over by the mall to look around for a bit. As I walked towards the mall, a woman from one of my past employers walked up to me. I had not seen her in several years and was surprised that I could remember her name. She was so happy to see me and proceeded to tell me of her cancer struggles and how she has over came this disease. She was beaming with happiness. I knew right then I had to quit smoking. I was intuitively being warned and it worked. That day was the last day I smoked.
There has been so many new and exciting things happening in my life. I want to live a long happy life, to share with many.Mainly because each of us do have a conquest to fulfill. I pray for continuing wisdom and intuition to build the path to my destined destination.

There are many ways of showing random acts of kindness. Here’s a couple of mine. It’s very upsetting for me to hear others talk badly about them self’s or speak trash of others. That’s one major pet peeve of mine. If people around me talk negative of others, I have a tendency to walk away. There have been times where I would have to up front say that if anyone’s going to gossip that I will not take part in it. They just look at me like I’m crazy and If I’m for real. LOL.. I like to watch their facial expressions.
The other negative is to hear someone speak badly of them self. This of course is low self esteem. I have heard someone at work more than once say that they are stupid. It does not take me long to reply back to them and say no they are not. I have heard people out in the general public saying the same thing. People with low self esteem really need random acts of kindness. If more people would just speak up with positive words, it would make a really big difference for them. It will also help you as well.
If you feel that you had a hard time in life and are bitter inside. Random acts of kindness will take that bitterness away. It makes me feel good inside knowing that I helped someone else. To make a difference in someone’s life.
